Development Team

The Veritas Realty, LLC development team of Danny Marr and Bill Stoops opened their first retail development project in 1990. Since then, they have developed a total of 34 retail projects, two self-storage facilities, and a 236 unit apartment community with aggregate value in excess of $183,000,000.

Danny, Bill and W. Hayes Hollenbeck, are principals of Integrity Development Partners, LLC, a Veritas Realty affiliate currently developing retail projects in Indianapolis, Indiana, suburban Chicago, Illinois, and Brookfield, Wisconsin. Integrity has completed two projects in the western suburbs of Chicago, one in Fishers, Indiana and one in Brookfield, Wisconsin.  A third project in the Chicago suburbs, Carol Stream, is currently under construction.  The company’s first Colorado project, The Shoppes on Grant Street, is planned for late 2006.
